
M. James Tucker
Jim has been practicing personal injury law for over 30 years. He was born and raised in Newfoundland. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1972 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1977.
He was one of the founding partners of MacMillan Tucker and has continued to run a successful personal injury practice in Cloverdale for over 30 years.
Jim’s sole focus is Plaintiff personal injury (working exclusively for the injured party) involving motor vehicle accidents. He has extensive experience in settling cases with ICBC by way of the mediation process and negotiation. He has experience helping clients with varying degrees of injuries including brain injuries, incomplete quadriplegia, concussions, spinal injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, fractures, whiplash and soft tissue injures.
Jim lives in the Surrey area and enjoys golf, tennis, art, and travelling when he has time. He has spent time as a board member of the Community Arts Council of White Rock and District ad he enjoys canvassing locally for various charities.
