Lyle graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Law degree. He started practicing law in Cloverdale in 1971 as a partner in the law firm of MacMillan & McKinnon. Lyle resides in Cloverdale and has been involved in the community with Cloverdale Board of Trade, the Surrey Chamber of Commerce, Surrey Memorial Hospital Board, Rotary Club of Surrey, the Standard Breeders Association and the Canadian Trotting Association.

Jim Tucker has been a lawyer since 1978.
Jim, a
Newfoundlander, graduated from the University of British Columbia in Arts (1972)
and Law (1977). He has practiced in Cloverdale/Surrey since 1979
and is an active member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
Jim lives in White Rock, enjoys golf and tennis (when he has time), is a board
member of the Community Arts Council of White Rock and District and canvasses

Litigation
Bob Mackay grew up in Surrey, British Columbia. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia in 1963. He then served at sea with the Canadian Navy for some years.
In 1976, Bob obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia. He practiced for several years in Vancouver, before becoming a partner in the firm of Scott, Tucker, Krieger & Mackay in Cloverdale. This firm joined MacMillan & Co. in 1989. The combined firm of MacMillan, Tucker & Mackay is proud of its roots in the community, which go back almost fifty years.
Bob is an active member of the Trial
Lawyers Association of British Columbia, an organization dedicated to

Gerhard graduated from the University of South Africa with a Baccalaureus Procurationis, a Bachelor of Law Degree, a Magister Degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Law. He also achieved National Accreditation from the University of Ottawa in a Bachelor of Law Degree.
Gerhard started practicing in South Africa in 1988 as an attorney and joined the South African and Namibian Bar as a practicing advocate (Barrister) in 1990.
Gerhard participated in panel discussions as a South African delegate with the United Nations Committee on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). He is on the panel of Defence Lawyers of the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands. He prepared contracts and appeared in various courts across Europe on international, criminal and civil litigation matters.

George articled with the firm and was called to the Bar on May 1, 2003. He is now in full time practice and is focusing his efforts on solicitors work, including Real Estate, Wills and Estates and corporate-commercial work. George obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Winnipeg in 1997, after which he worked at a Cloverdale dairy farm. He then returned to university, completing his law degree at the University of British Columbia in 2002. George is an active member of the community, particularly as a member of his local church.

Greg joined the MacMillan Tucker & Mackay team
immediately after obtaining his law degree from UBC. Greg was raised in
Langley and is currently residing in the Cloverdale area, remaining close to his

Born and raised in B.C., Gordon obtained his
law degree from UBC in 1983 and was called to the Bar in 1984. Spending
most of his 24 year law career practicing in the Abbotsford area, Gordon joined
MacMillan Tucker & Mackay in January 2008 bringing with him his vast experience
in family law and personal injury cases. A self proclaimed "hobby farmer"
and family man, Gordon is enjoying working in Cloverdale, an area he describes
