Lyle graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Law degree. He started practicing law in Cloverdale in 1971 as a partner in the law firm of MacMillan & McKinnon. Lyle resides in Cloverdale and has been involved in the community with Cloverdale Board of Trade, the Surrey Chamber of Commerce, Surrey Memorial Hospital Board, Rotary Club of Surrey, the Standard Breeders Association and the Canadian Trotting Association.

Litigation
Jim Tucker has been a lawyer since 1978.
Jim, a
Newfoundlander, graduated from the University of British Columbia in Arts (1972)
and Law (1977). He has practiced in Cloverdale/Surrey since 1979
and is an active member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
Jim lives in White Rock, enjoys golf and tennis (when he has time), is a board
member of the Community Arts Council of White Rock and District and canvasses
locally for various charities.

George articled with the firm and was called to the Bar on May 1, 2003. He is now in full time practice and is focusing his efforts on solicitors work, including Real Estate, Wills and Estates and corporate-commercial work. George obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Winnipeg in 1997, after which he worked at a Cloverdale dairy farm. He then returned to university, completing his law degree at the University of British Columbia in 2002. George is an active member of the community, particularly as a member of his local church.

Stuart has lived in the Fraser Valley his
entire life. He attended the University of British Columbia for both his
undergraduate degree and law degree and was called to the Bar in 2006.
After practicing in the Abbotsford area for approximately 31/2 years, Stuart
joined MacMillan Tucker & Mackay near the end of 2009. Stuart is looking
forward to servicing the legal needs of the Fraser Valley.
